The fee is calculated from what you receive from Airbnb. It includes all tasks mentioned in the service section:

-listing management

-booking management

-interacting with guests

-scheduling cleanings

-reporting monthly

-and also cleaning products and other amenities.

Third party services such as cleaning are not included. Cleanings are paid by the guests.
